(1) Write a description of what you plan on doing for your independent study component.
Since there are new rules regarding clubs, I don't think a newspaper can be accomplished since not many people showed interest. That being said, I have found an online critiquing group that will review my pieces and whose pieces I will review.
(2) Describe in detail how you think your plan will meet the 30 hours work requirement.
For every three pieces I critique, one of my pieces will be critiqued. Since most of the pieces are about 2000 words, it will be easy to accomplish the 30 hours if I set aside an hour everyday to not only work on my own writing but to help someone else with theirs.
(3) How does your independent study component relate to your working EQ?
Because this process is give an take, the fundamentals of a writing groups are still intact. Depending on which kind of critique you would like to give based on the following options:
It can be done thoroughly or just be small pieces of praise or criticism.
